The Advanced frequency manager (MANIF) is an analysis tool for aeronautical frequencies. It imports Spectrum and frequency information resource (SAFIRE) data and analyses frequency assignments to determine whether they comply with applicable requirements and best practices. It also supports the search for suitable frequencies to meet a request.

Access
Access to MANIF is managed by the National Frequency Managers nominated by individual States.
Access is limited to the Network Manager, ICAO and the users authorised by the National Frequency Managers of the ICAO EUR Region.
