Rapid prototyping of multi-sector planning HMI

This note describes the operational scenario used as a vehicle to develop and establish rapid prototyping facilities at the EEC and to examine the HMI of planning controller and executive controller displays in a "Multi-Sector Planning" environment, as proposed in the European Air Traffic Management System (EATMS) Concept Document, Issue 1.1, published by EUROCONTROL on 16 June 1992.
