This non-binding policy guidance puts forward high-level principles that will support harmonization efforts when facilitating military mobility in European airspace which is highly dependent on the availability of suitable CNS equipment in military aircraft, especially when flying GAT/IFR, or of exemption arrangements when flights are conducted by non-equipped aircraft.
