Draft Performance Review Report (PRR) 2019 for consultation

As in previous years, the Performance Review Commission (PRC) has prepared an independent review of ANS performance in Europe.

Even though the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are not yet captured in PRR 2019, the PRC would like to invite your valuable feedback on the draft PRR 2019. By analysing last year’s capacity crisis, PRR 2019 illustrates the importance of balanced performance objectives and the need for improved scalability of the ATM system to adjust to changes in operations. Those points will still be relevant when traffic builds up again.

Additionally, the PRC would like to get your feedback and views on the COVID-19 crisis, with a view to analysing its impact on ATM performance in 2020. The PRC will use your feedback when it makes recommendations to the decision-makers in the EUROCONTROL Member States.

We invite all interested parties to submit their feedback no later than 13 May 2020 via the button below, or via email to PRU-support[at]eurocontrol.int .

Notice

The PRC has made every effort to ensure that the information and analysis contained in this document are as accurate and complete as possible.
