In this edition of the Industry monitor we speak about:
- European flights increased by 2.9% in February 2019 compared with February 2018 and were above the low end of the forecast. Preliminary data for March show average daily flights up 2.8% on March 2018.
- There were on average 220 flights per day by the Boeing B737 MAX, 0.8% of the total flights in the European sky before the grounding on 12 March.
- Brent crude oil prices hit €59 per barrel in March from €57 per barrel in February.
