European AIS Database (EAD) Client Satisfaction Survey 2016 Report
The intention of this survey was to gather clients’ experience from the use of the EAD Service. Areas of improvement were identified from the scores given and clients’ comments.
This Annex contains the comments for every set of questions as provided by the survey respondents.
Clients were invited to add, as a free text, any comments that they considered of value for this survey or for the EAD service.
