These guidelines summarise recommendations for high-altitude long-endurance (HALE) remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS). The objectives of these guidelines are to establish a set of recommended minimum ATM requirements for HALE RPAS in European airspace, encourage harmonisation of national ATM procedures for HALE RPAS within European and to provide guidance on operational aspects affecting HALE RPAS operations in European airspace.
