Datum Version 1.03 user guide/program manager's guide/source code documentation

This note provides update information with respect to EEC Report No. 237 entitled "Datum: A Report and Software Package for the Transformation and Projection of Coordinates" which was published in December 1990. The original software has been modified to include certain improvements in functionality and adaptability and the report has been updated to incorporate these changes.This note contains the User Guide, the Program Manager's Guide and the Source Code Documentation.
