#ThinkNetwork has helped to produce a more stable environment, reflected in improved Key Performance Indicators compared to the previous year. The logon rate has increased to 60%, and the Provider Abort rate has been substantially reduced to 4.84 per 100 hours, indicating a more reliable service for flight crews and controllers. Tangible achievements, such as fixing long-standing cross-border issues and enhancing network redundancy to cover over 80% of all CPDLC traffic, have been key to this success.
To support all aviation partners and maintain this positive momentum, a "Datalink One-Stop Shop" has been launched, providing centralised access to critical resources like CPDLC playbooks, guidance materials and the new Datalink Outage Management Charter. While progress is evident, continued stakeholder engagement is essential. All users are urged to prioritise correct and consistent logon procedures, adhere to the outage charter principles, use the available guidance and promptly report any issues. Continued collaboration will ensure the development of a more robust and reliable datalink system for Europe.
