The formal consultation enables all states, stakeholders and interested parties to express their formal views on the draft EUROCONTROL Specification.
The draft edition 4.0 of the “EUROCONTROL Specification for ATS Data Exchange Presentation (ADEXP)” defines the principles and syntax rules of the ADEXP format. It provides this definition in terms of a comprehensive definition of the ADEXP fields and this draft edition includes the changes needed to allow the realisation of OLDI Specification 6.0.
The draft edition 6.0 of the “EUROCONTROL Specification for On-Line Data Interchange (OLDI)” contains the requirements and messages format for the notification, co-ordination and transfer of communication of flights, and other auxiliary functions, between air traffic service units by the use of electronic data transfer between flight data processing systems. The draft edition enhances its robustness, addresses future operational needs, updates processes and messages included in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1771 and revises other messages.
This consultation covers both Specifications as amendments are inter-related.
