The formal consultation enables all states, stakeholders and interested parties to express their formal views on the draft EUROCONTROL Specification.
The draft edition 3.4 of the “EUROCONTROL Specification for ATS Data Exchange Presentation (ADEXP)” defines the principles and syntax rules of the ADEXP format. It provides this definition in terms of a comprehensive definition of the ADEXP fields and this draft edition includes new optional primary fields for handling of formation flights, specific flight plan status values for OAT and numerous syntax corrections.
The draft edition 5.1 of the "EUROCONTROL Specification for On-Line Data Interchange (OLDI)" describes the requirements and message formats for the execution of notification, co-ordination and transfer of communication to flights between air traffic control units by the use of electronic data transfer between flight data processing systems. Draft amendments include the new Terminate Flight Data (TFD) message; new optional requirements for SDM, LOF and NAN messages; new optional fields for approach type and formation flights (affecting ABI, ACT, REV, PAC, BFD, CFD); complete revision of DCT coordination and example messages; review of OLDI dialogue requirements relating to timeout; and consistency of REV message requirements.
