AIS - AIM regulations adjacent to CIR (EU) 2017/373

The ‘’AIS-AIM regulations adjacent to CIR (EU) 2017/373’’ represent an AIRI SG deliverable designed to analyse regulations beyond the amended CIR (EU) 2017/373, highlighting their impacts on the AIS/AIM domain and making high-level recommendations for stakeholders. The primary objective of this deliverable is to support stakeholders in understanding EU regulatory frameworks other than CIR (EU) 2017/373 that may affect the AIS/AIM domain.

The current report, presented in the form of an XSL worksheet, covers the following four domains:

  1. Common Project One (CP1): CIR 2021/116 of 1 February 2021
  2. Information Security (IS): CIR 2023/203 of 27 October 2022
  3. Unmanned Aircraft (UAS and U-space): CIR 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 and Reg 2021/664 of 22 April 2021
  4. Occurrence Reporting: Reg 376/2014 of 3 April 2014 and CIR 2015/1018 of 29 June 2015

Note: Additional regulations may be included as deemed relevant. Given the numerous regulatory documents within the report that are subject to frequent updates, the responsibility for maintenance and further development rests with each individual stakeholder.
