Functionality

ETNA is organised around three main areas of activity:

  • The operational module, enabling the exchange of flight messages, the identification of missing flight via the central flight analyser and the submission of claim advice replies.
  • The data access module, allowing access to the CRCO database, as well as a wealth of billing, accounting and treasury reports.
  • The unit rate reporting module, facilitating the publication of reporting tables to all concerned parties.
