Collaborative Decision Making at Barcelona Airport

This project is a collaboration between the EUROCONTROL Experimental Centre (EEC) and Barcelona aeronautical platform represented by Barcelona's Airport Operator (AENA), Aircraft Operators IBERIA and SPANAIR, Handling Agent EUROHANDLING, and Air Traffic Services Provider AENA (including Flow Management (FMP), Area Control Centre (ACC) and Tower).The project's main objective is to improve the decision making process and hence to optimise operations by making best use of available information through increased information sharing by Airlines, Air Traffic Service providers, Airports, European Central Flow Management Unit, and Meteorological Offices.
