Céline Shakouri-Dias joins EUROCONTROL as its new Director People

As EUROCONTROL’s new Director People, Céline Shakouri-Dias is responsible for all human resources management (HRM) matters, as the Agency looks to modernise its approach to people and talent management.

Before joining EUROCONTROL, Ms Shakouri-Dias occupied a number of senior HR roles at NATO, The North Atlantic Treaty Organization, including most recently leading their Talent Management and HR Integration function.

Celine is an extremely experienced HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the international public and private sectors. Her core expertise spans the full spectrum of HRM – from strategy to policy development, talent acquisition, people development, workforce planning and HR business partnering.

"This marks a new chapter for the HR domain. The Agency’s people – their engagement and their expertise – are central to achieving our mission. Céline is ideally suited to delivering on the ambitious goals defined in the Agency’s ‘Raising the Bar: Building EUROCONTROL 2030’ programme, as she develops a comprehensive people and talent policy designed to maximise the potential of our people, and deliver the best possible services to our States and stakeholders. She will play a key role in my management team as we look to build an ever better, more diverse and inclusive place to work."
