Point Merge Stakeholder Event

Call for interest

Avinor, AirNav Ireland and EUROCONTROL are pleased to announce the Point Merge Stakeholder Event on 3-4 June 2026 at the EUROCONTROL Innovation Hub (EIH), Brétigny, France.

Why attend

The objective of the event is to share experience and best practice, exchange insights and explore together ways for further improvements.

Target audience

The event is dedicated to operational stakeholders from Europe and other regions, who use or have an interest in Point Merge. This involves air navigation service providers, airspace users, airports, regulatory bodies and related associations.

Event format

The event will take place over two half-days as an in-person event. The programme will focus on presentations from stakeholders, operational exchanges and interactive discussions. A detailed agenda will be published closer to the event.

Presentation opportunities

Stakeholders using Point Merge are strongly encouraged to present their current state of operations, to share their successes as well as lessons learned. Joint presentations delivered together by multiple stakeholders (service providers, airlines, airports, etc.) from the same airport are also welcome.
