FLY AI Event 2026
The FLY AI event 2026, taking place on 12–13 November 2026 at our EUROCONTROL Innovation Hub in Brétigny (France), will bring together key aviation stakeholders to explore how artificial intelligence is delivering tangible value in air traffic management (ATM).
The event will combine high-impact use cases, regulatory perspectives and interactive collaboration.
A central focus of this edition is the update of the FLY AI Report, which is evolving into a strategic reference for AI adoption in ATM. Participants will actively contribute to shaping this report through dedicated workshop sessions during the event.

Plenary presentations
Showcase operational, near deployed or validated AI applications, focusing on:
- real-world impact and value creation
- lessons learned and adoption challenges
Live demonstrations
Present interactive AI solutions or prototypes during:
- 2 networking lunch sessions
- 1 evening networking/dinner session
Submission requirements
Proposals should include (link to online form below):
- Name of AI application or initiative
- Short description (incl. benefits, maturity, and relevance)
- Indication whether a live demo can be provided
- Speaker details (name, role, organisation, contact)
- Technical requirements for demo
Selection criteria
Submissions will be assessed based on:
- relevance to aviation and ATM
- maturity and operational impact
- clarity of value proposition
- diversity and complementarity of perspectives
Selected presentations will be allocated a plenary slot (~15 minutes) depending on the final programme.
