Target audience

This two-day event is designed for flight dispatchers, flight managers and flight-planning personnel from aircraft operators active in the NM area of operations. We strongly encourage registrations from AOs to nominate instructors or personnel involved in training, so they can collect relevant information and disseminate best practices within their organisations.

To ensure balanced participation, EUROCONTROL aims to accommodate up to two participants per AO. Other stakeholders may be considered based on seat availability.

Event format

Flight Dispatcher Days 2026 will take place over two full days as an in-person event dedicated to flight dispatchers and flight-planning professionals. The program will center on operational exchanges, live demonstrations and interactive discussions with NM experts. A detailed agenda will be published soon below.
