Unlocking the skies. Empowering every voice
In collaboration with
AviAll

EUROCONTROL is thrilled to host and partner once again with Aviation for All (AviAll)  , and its partners, to organise this year's edition of the Aviation 4 Girls event on 10 November 2025 at our Brussels headquarters.

Running under the theme “Unlocking the skies. Empowering every voice”, this event is aimed at encouraging young minds to explore the unlimited possibilities of aviation.

Who is it for?

The event is designed for 15-18 year-olds (girls and boys) ready to be inspired and explore the future of aviation.

What to expect?

  • Inspiring talks: Hear from role models who are shaping the future of aviation
  • Hands-on workshops: Fly drones, try flight simulators and explore engineering wonders
  • A career fair: Discover the wide range of career paths the aviation sector offers
  • A livestream: A portion of the event will be livestreamed for schools!

Join us for a day of learning, discovery and inspiration in the world of aviation.

Background information

The event aims to stimulate the imagination and creativity of young people, and to encourage them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) by showing them opportunities for careers in technical companies and organisations in which women are classically underrepresented.

This event is part of EUROCONTROL’s commitment to ensuring a diverse, gender-balanced and inclusive workplace.
