Honorata Hencel currently holds the role of the Managing Director for Boeing in Poland and Ukraine. She is responsible for integrating Boeing Global commercial and defense activities in the region of 2400 employees and 4 locations. She represents the company’s interests in the government and industry meetings. She is also serving on the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce in Poland and is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. She is also a Board Member at the Łazarski Aviation Academy in Warsaw, Poland.

Honorata joined Boeing in August 2015 as Global Navigation Services manager, supporting the Global Data Management Department in Gdansk.

Hencel is an accomplished technology and aviation industry and leader with 22 years experience leading large-scale multi-national teams working with airline operators, avionics manufacturers and software vendors in a highly regulated aviation domain. She is the Executive Sponsor for the Boeing Veterans in Europe and also served as the president of the Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership Europe chapter and co-founder of the regional aviation-cluster Aviation Hub Pomerania. In 2024, she has been awarded with the Distinguished Global Leader award by the Society of Women Engineers and INvolve YouTube 2024 Top 100 Women Executives title as well as international Strong Women in IT title in 2021 and 2023.

In her previous position, she was responsible for seamless delivery of Information Technology services for 8,000 employees in the Europe, the United Kingdom, Israel and Ukraine. In that role, Hencel was responsible for understanding business needs, shaping strategy, and ensuring delivery of programs supporting business growth and optimization.

Hencel graduated from the Economics Faculty at the University of Gdansk and E-Health Management in Rome Business School, and completed post-diploma studies in Staff Management at PG Gdansk, Airline and Travel Industries at the Greenwich School of Management London and Business, International Relations and Political Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Cécile Deprez (they/them) is a scientific researcher at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), with an expertise on satellite positioning and orbit determination. Public speaker since 2022, they deliver keynote addresses at tech companies, universities and tech conferences on topics such as sexism and microaggressions in the workplace, intersectionality,  LGBTQIA+ and allyship. Co-founder of several initiatives for diversity and inclusion at DLR, they are also active as a volunteer for organizations such as Pépite Sexiste (FR - fighting sexism in advertising), for which they lead the Belgian branch, Imagine (DE - supporting job search of Global Majority tech experts in Europe) and diverse networks such as We Create Space and Women in Aerospace Europe.

Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee is a multi-award winning Chartered Engineer and STEM Ambassador who works as an Engineering Delivery Lead and Early Careers Lead at BAE Systems, creates engineering content on social media and owns her own small business, AviateHer. She studied Aerospace Systems Engineering at the University of the West of England and became the first engineer in her family. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring more young people to consider STEM careers.

Rita Somogyi is an accomplished aviation leader with a PhD in engineering, she has a strong track record of driving innovation in air traffic management and transport related software development.

She has held senior roles at HungaroControl, Austro Control and Asura Technologies. Since August 2025 she has been Managing Director of Tern Systems’ Hungarian affiliate. Known for clear communication, assertive leadership, and international coordination, she has a talent for inspiring teams and delivering complex projects that make a real impact.

Aycan Mutlu is an ATM Training Expert at EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Centre, where she leads the development and coordination of training for the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) domain, also known as drones. Based in Luxembourg, she contributes to the preparation of aviation professionals for the integration of new types of airspace users, supporting the evolution of air traffic management through structured learning and operational insight. Her work combines operational experience with strategic planning to support the future of air traffic management.

Her professional background includes roles in both the public and private sectors. At Volocopter, he worked as Airspace Expert, on the integration of new air mobility operations—commonly referred to as air taxis—in various international contexts. Prior to that, she served for over a decade at DHMI, where she held positions as an Air Traffic Controller and Airspace Designer. Aycan holds advanced degrees in management engineering, economics, and business administration, which support her work at the intersection of operational practice and strategic development.

Zanthe Jordine is GAMA’s Airworthiness and Regulatory Specialist, where she contributes her expertise to advancing the general aviation industry. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Aeronautics with a concentration in Aviation Leadership and is passionate about inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals while shaping innovative pathways for global connectivity.

Natacha began flying at an air club in France when she was 18. Since the beginning, she wanting to start her career as a pilot, she worked in various commercial jobs to finance her pilot licenses. At the same time, since she was not familiar with the aeronautical field and wanted to secure her future, she had a backup plan and achieve a degree in psychology at the University of Nantes.

In parallel, by getting involved and building a network in the aviation world, she had the opportunity to take part in an air rally in Morocco to build up her flight hours. She also worked as a flight attendant for a helicopter company, then at an air club assisting with students programs (aeronautical initiation certificate). She eventually completed a modular pilot and instructor training program in France studying in several schools and on all types of aircraft.

At Elixir, she started as a production technical pilot and now flies for customer training, demonstration flights, and ferry flights throughout Europe.

Cate Brancart Director, European Safety & Sustainability Development for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), she is part of the European team that represents the general aviation manufacturing industry before the European institutions (the European Commission, Parliament and EU Member States), as well as the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in Cologne. Cate’s focus is on safety, policy and communications efforts to improve the conditions for GA in Europe, including better safety data, flight training and a focus on sustainability.

Cate is a passionate aviator who holds EASA/FAA/UK PPLs and co-owns a Piper Arrow based in Belgium. At 36 years old, Cate continues to grow her pilot skills, including a seaplane rating achieved in 2023 in Minesota, USA.

Cate is also the co-founder of AviAll-Aviation for All, an association of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practitioners from across the aviation industry who share a common vision - an aviation industry that is diverse and inclusive.
