During busy days, the number of ATFM regulations that are coordinated between the Network Manager and the flow managers across the network can be large. Our expert, Ramón Dalmau Codina, will present the SEQ12 tool, a decision-support tool built on optimisation algorithms that quickly identifies regulations that could be safely cancelled, reducing the total delay of the network without generating overloads elsewhere.

Our experts will deliver a presentation of the new harmonised Flight Plan for military operations, a critical element to harmonise the procedures for cross-border transit of aircraft, including RPAS and test flights, which cannot follow all standard civil IFR rules. Belgium, Germany and France, in collaboration with EUROCONTROL, have accepted to be the pilot States for the iOAT flight plan initial implementation and the Network Manager will deploy this capability in 2023.
