Air Transportation Information Exchange Conference (ATIEC) 2025

ATIEC Conference

EUROCONTROL and the FAA are pleased to be co-organising the Air Transportation Information Exchange Conference (ATIEC). It provides a forum to discuss and exchange concepts and practices related to major global changes in information management focusing on information in operation, information services, information exchanges and information security. Informational and technical presentations from key participants, across various industries, will provide opportunities for NextGen and SESAR air transportation information management experts to learn and explore alternative practices within the aviation environment as well as global programs and initiatives.

ATIEC 2025 will be held on 20-22 May 2025, at George Mason University's Mason Square-Van Metre Hall, in Arlington, Virginia.

This conference will bring together experts from around the world to inform and discuss topics in the following content areas:

  • Digital Information: To explore how advancements in IP connectivity, messaging infrastructure, and the implementation of AI are shaping the future of aviation information exchange
  • Reimagining the Global Airspace: To discuss how recent innovations are transforming the utilisation of global airspace for future aviation operations.
  • Future Innovation: To examine emerging technologies and their role in preparing for new collaborative practices, technologies, and procedures in aviation.

Call for abstracts

The ATIEC Planning Team is currently accepting abstracts for the 2025 ATIEC. The deadline for abstract submission is 12 December 2024, at 23:59 EST.
