At EUROCONTROL, we have developed the Network operations real time indicators (NORTI) - a management tool for observing the current network performance on a live environment.

The dashboard consists of two main views:

The Area Control Centre (ACC) view looks at live sector counts, traffic and air traffic flow management (ATFM) delays per reason;
The punctuality view looks at the airspace user performance. It provides live punctuality indicators, schedule and ATFM delays per airline and per airport.

Access

NORTI is a protected application, accessible on request, for aircraft operators (AOs), air navigation services providers (ANSPs), States, legal authorities, AISs/AROs and airports.

Request access

To access the NORTI, users should:

Register to OneSky Online
You can register to OneSky Online in a few minutes and this will allow you to access this and many other EUROCONTROL tools. Please use your company/organisation e-mail address (use of e-mail address such as gmail and yahoo are not permitted) to register;
Subscribe to the dashboard
Once you have registered, log in, and click on the 'Manage' button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. The page which comes up will allow you to manage the tools you are subscribed to. Find the database in the list, click on it, provide a business justification for requesting access and click on 'Subscribe'.
Confirmation
Your request will be vetted and you will receive confirmation that you can now access the tool. The time this takes depends on the team in charge and the process applied. When you have received confirmation, log in to OneSky Online, click on the tool in your list of services and enjoy.
