2)  Printing instructions for Volume II
-----------------------------------

Annexe 4 is prepared as a large table in A3 landscape mode to allow easy access to all the detail.

Within PDF there is the option to print the entire Volume II document in A4 With this table fitted to A4 landscape.  The table should be perfectly legible at this scale.

TO PRINT IN A4
--------------

Select Print Document

In the print dialogue:

	select Shrink to print area
	
	Select Auto rotate and centre
	
	DO NOT SELECT choose paper source by PDF page size

This will print out the document in A4 format with the ANNEX 4 Table also in A4 in landscape mode.

TO HAVE ANNEX 4 in A3 and the remainder of the document in A4 it is recommended to print the document in three parts

Pages 1-64  - Volume II up to but not including the large table in Annex 4. 

Pages 65-70   second part - the large table in Annex 4 will print in A# landscape;

Pages 71-144  remainder of the document in A4
