The purpose of the traineeship is to familiarise the trainee with the tasks and responsibilities associated with the good functioning of an intergovernmental organisation secretariat.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organisation of events and meetings;
  • Preparation of presentations, minute taking;
  • Preparation and filing of documents, drafting correspondence;
  • Agenda management;
  • Organising missions (travel);
  • Sorting and distribution of ingoing and outgoing mail;
  • Management of flexitime system, update website;
  • Handling of telephone calls;
  • Logistical assistance (office supplies, coordination with IT services, drivers, etc..)
