  SRC Position Papers
SRC34 approved a Position Paper on the CASCADE Preliminary Safety Case ADS-B-NRA version 1.1 which had been the subject of a SRC Review Process conducted by representatives of NSAs / States.

The Preliminary Safety Case and the SRC Position Paper were developed with the objective of providing important reference material and input to assist ANSPs to produce their individual Local Safety Case for the ADS-B-NRA application and include important guidance and advice to local implementers and NSAs.

  European Safety Programme
The ESP, launched on 28/02/06, builds upon the success of its predecessor, the European Strategic Safety Action Plan (SSAP). It aims at improving European ATM safety maturity across the ECAC region to a common minimum level by December 2008. The ESP is a structured programme containing 5 High Priority Activity Fields covering safety management, safety regulation and some relevant technical areas. Special emphasis will be placed on incident reporting in a “just culture” environment.
