Guidance material for engineers and technical personnel in compliance with ESARR 5

Two new deliverables have been developed to support the implementation of ESARR 5 for engineers and technical personnel undertaking operational safety-related tasks.
EAM 5/ GUI 3 provides guidance on the ESARR 5 provisions for engineers and technical personnel (section 5.3) and EAM 5/ GUI 4 provides guidance for implementing a national safety regulatory oversight function in a manner consistent with the Regulator’s responsibilities and the existence of the provisions.
