This compound document brings together the key documents in support to the transformation of the SESAR ATM Master Plan (milestone deliverable 5 of the Definition Phase) into the initial version of the European ATM Master Plan, as endorsed by the European :
- The Council Decision endorsing the Air Traffic Management Master Plan;
- The Council Resolution on the endorsement of the Air Traffic Management Master Plan;
- The Communication from the Commission to the Council and the European Parliament on the ATM Master Plan;
- The SESAR ATM Master Plan.

Derived from the ATM Master Plan developed during the SESAR Definition Phase, the Work Programme defines all projects and activities to be undertaken in the 2008-2014 timeframe under the supervision of the SESAR JU.
