CEFA also offers airspace users the possibility to download their monthly billing documents in text format via the free of charge service CRCO*DATALINK. This facility allows them to process, analyse and control their monthly billing data.

CRCO*DATALINK service is provided free of charge via CEFA.

If you have already access to CEFA, in order to start receiving your CRCO*DATALINK text files, please send your request to: r3.crco@eurocontrol.int.

If you are not yet connected to CEFA, please note that CEFA is provided free of charge and is subject to the signature of a service agreement between the airspace user and EUROCONTROL Central Route Charges Office.

To register for CEFA, please send the signed agreement to: r3.crco@eurocontrol.int.

A detailed description of the content and structure of the individual CRCO*DATALINK text files is presented in the CRCO*DATALINK Technical Handbook.

Airspace users already subscribed to CEFA are invited to download the documents from the CRCO extranet.

To help users to extract the data into a readable format, the CRCO has made available a set of excel spreadsheets containing macros. It should be noted that these spreadsheets only extract the basic flight related information. Airspace users will need to develop their own application if they wish to extract all the information available in the CRCO*DATALINK files.

The excel spreadsheets are available on demand by contacting: crco.cefa@eurocontrol.int
