Dear Colleagues,
Last year the EURCONTROL ES2 project: Experience sharing to enhance SMS, conducted four working sessions including the ATM CEO Conference hold in Limassol this year.
We carried out successively the following sessions:
- WS1-11 in March - Safety Key Performance Indicators-KPIs & Analytical Hierarchical Process-AHP and Cost of SMS & Safety Targets
- WS2-10 in May - Presentation and discussion of FAB safety Cases and/or Unit Safety Case options by ALL FABs and FAB Safety Roadmaps & Safety KPIs
- WS3-10 in September - Assessment of ATM software & Overall Safety assessment sharing experience, Interface between ANSPs & NSAs: Safety Assessments
- WS4-11 ATM CEO Conference in February 2012 - Annual ES2 Report & Priorities for 2011, Weight of Safety in decision making

For each of the above working sessions the EUROCONTROL ES2 project would like to thank you for your strong participation and fruitful cooperation, including the ATM CEO Conference that was the first conducted under NM Directorate and was a strong success.

For activities held inside/outside Belgium, participants have to make their own arrangements, in order to support them we will process as described below:
- Participants apply and the announcement instruction and indicate they require a visa.
- Participants receive from ES2 Project a confirmation that the registration has been accepted and an invitation letter is issued.
- Participants make own arrangement for visa
