Specifications and Guidance Materials for Ground Based Safety Nets |

Specifications and guidance material for the 4 ground based Safety Nets (STCA, APW, MSAW and APM) have been developed by community effort (through the SPIN task force/Subgroup).
The core documents are the EUROCONTROL Specifications. If implemented correctly, most of the areas of concern identified in the "SPIN" Surveys should be sufficiently addressed.
EUROCONTROL Guidance Material: Comprehensive guidance material for each of the safety nets. It provides guidance for the activities to be performed in each life cycle phase, and points to more detailed information in Appendices (for convenience published as separate documents).
