  GENERAL AVIATION VFR BRIEFING ROOM For those who fly (mostly) under VFR, in light aircraft, touring motor gliders, helicopters, balloons, airships, gliders, self sustaining gliders (SSG), self launching motor gliders (SLMG), hangliders or paragliders (including powered variants).


  STATE AIRCRAFT Co-ordinated arrangements for State Aircraft are the responsibility of EUROCONTROL's Directorate of Civil-Military ATM Co-ordination (DCMAC) in conjunction with the Civil and Military Interface Standing Committee (CMIC), on behalf of the National Authorities.


  MODE S EXEMPTIONS Requirements for registration of compliance and requests for exemptions.

  LIBRARY Containing a comprehensive selection of Airworthiness Directives (AD), information papers, internal and external documents and Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC).

  AIRBORNE MONITORING PROJECT (AMP) The AMP monitors the capability and operation of aircraft transponders in the Mode S (ELS and EHS) and classic SSR environments.


  MODE S INTERROGATOR CODE (IC) ALLOCATION CELL The operation of Mode S Secondary Surveillance Radars requires the allocation of Interrogator Codes (IC) (see Mode S Technical Overview above). The Mode S Interrogator Code Allocation Cell is responsible for the allocation and use of Mode S ICs.


  AIRCRAFT EHS CAPABILITY Information is available here to provide aircraft operators with an initial assessment of the DAP capability of their aircraft, in the basic delivery configuration (see disclaimer at head of the Aircraft EHS Capability page).
