Data Link Services Implementing Rule

The draft SES DLS IR has been subject of Formal consultation during Feb-Mar '07, followed by a Workshop in May-June '07 timeframe. The results show a wide acceptance of the IR in most of the areas.
The IR is legally binding and applies to EU Member States (ground implementation by air navigation service providers) and to aircraft operators.
