Customer Satisfaction Report
Find out what the students and stakeholders thought about the Institute in 2009.
Measuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis is one of the key elements of the quality management system implemented by the Institute since 1997. Our objective is to understand exactly how our stakeholders perceive the Institute as the CND Center of expertise for Training and, based on their level of satisfaction, to improve our courses and training products.
The satisfaction with our training courses further increased in 2009. Our new training impact questionnaire sent to participants three months after they have followed a course indicates that 95% of the students have applied the course on their jobs.

EUROCONTROL releases new ‘aircraft’ training package
EUROCONTROL makes available the aircraft training package to European training organisations. The objective of this package is to teach the basic principles of the theory of flight, aircraft characteristics and how these influence air traffic services operations.
