ATCO Licensing
The training processes during the career of an ATCO are described in the European Manual of Personnel Licensing - Air Traffic Controllers. The Manual covers Initial and Unit Training, ratings and endorsements, procedures for the conduct of OJT, and the administrative procedures to be put in place to ensure that records are being maintained.
