The main objective of the Operational Implementation activity is to produce guidance material and support the operational implantation of the FASTI controller tools.
|

An Operational Concept for FASTI has been produced this provides a common target concept for FASTI.
It contains information on:
- Operating Principles
- Environment
- Assumptions and dependencies
- Working methods
- Implementation issues
- Current local implementations
|

|
The ATC Manual of Operations (Implementation Guidelines) has been produced which provides guidelines for ANSPs, ATM related industry (system providers) and regulators, for the implementation of MTCD, MONA and SYSCO in a coordinated way ensuring common operating procedures and interoperability between ATC centres within the ECAC area.
The FASTI demonstrator has been developed to demonstrate in a visual and interactive way the operation of the FASTI tools set and communicate the FASTI operational concept.

| FASTI Operational Concept
|
|
This concept outlines the scope of FASTI application, assumptions, dependencies and operational environments as well as descriptions of controller roles and working methods, required for the successful operational implementation of conflict prediction tools (e.g. MTCD) and enablers (e.g. MONA, TP, HMI and SYSCO).
The target audience of this document is operational personnel, airspace and ATM system planners, Human Factors and Safety practitioners and operational focus groups.

| FASTI ATC Manual - Guidelines for FASTI Tools Implementation

The FASTI objective is to coordinate the implementation and deployment of controller system support and tools, as required, across ECAC by 2012 in a harmonised way.
