Do you hold a managerial or field position in airline operations?
If so, EUROCONTROL has revamped its popular Annual User Forum for you, with even more opportunities for debating, solution finding and this year, interacting with the recently announced Network Manager.

The purpose of this 2012 event is to encourage you to share your views as to which operational services are most needed, how to improve ATM operations to better serve you, and how the newly established Network Manager function can contribute to realising your performance objectives.
Audiences
We also look forward to welcoming managers from the ATM community to listen to the views of the airspace users and to take an active role in the various debates and workshops.
Technical managers and experts involved in the development of systems which support flight planning and airspace users’ needs in general are also welcome - such as Computerised Flight Plan Service Providers (CFSP).
