Ensure all ESP project activities are coordinated within the Agency, with the SRC, with States/ANSPs and other stakeholders. Programme management of the ESP plans, programme dependencies and programme documentation. Management of the ESP tracking and monitoring mechanism
Drafting, editorial oversight and production of ESP publicity material. Organisation of ESP workshops. Deputise for Sid LAWRENCE activities in his absence.

Secretarial support for the Implementation Coordination Group and EUROCONTROL Thread Leaders Group.Drafting, editorial oversight and production of ESP publicity material, including Stakeholders Reports and EUROCONTROL web sites. Organisation of ESP Workshops. Contact person for ESP specific tasking contracts.

Military participants’ liaison point through engagement with the Civil Military Interface Standing Committee (CMIC) and MIL Team. Liaison with the Safety Team and associated sub-groups as required. Provision of technical support for the ESP - DAP/SAF projects. Deputise for Eve Grace-Kelly activities in her absence.
