The EUROCONTROL Experimental Centre (EEC) at Brétigny-sur-Orge, near Paris, France, is one of the sites of the EUROCONTROL Agency. (EUROCONTROL is the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation.)
The EEC's personnel engage in research and development activities that are relevant to the safe, efficient, and environmentally-sustainable management and operation of the future European ATM system.
As of 1 January, 2009, the EEC is an integral part of the Agency's Cooperative Network Design (CND) directorate.
