Standard Inputs for Cost Benefit Analyses
|
 |
| |
This document provides a set of standard inputs for commonly used data items in EUROCONTROL cost-benefit analyses (CBAs). The standard inputs will save time in the development of CBAs and will also help to achieve a greater consistency and comparability between different CBAs.

It is a requirement that all operational improvements recommended as part of the EATM programme should be demonstrated to be economically feasible by means of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). This site provides access to a collection of CBA studies carried out for EUROCONTROL programmes and projects. It also provides access to background information including data, methodologies used and the assumptions made. Copies of reports are available for downloading.

 |
As a general policy we only release official versions of finalised CBA studies. An overview of these studies can be found through the 'CBA Reports' link. There, you will find:
- A full list of the available studies with a brief description
- On-line summaries of the reports and their findings
- Links to downloadable reports

In addition, for more general CBA information, the 'Guidance Material' page also contains:
- CBA guidelines
- CBA standard values
