Contribution Management for the SESAR Definition Phase

The task will manage the actual provision of Agency effort and Agency Deliverables to the SESAR consortium, as agreed in the envisaged contract and consistent with the agreements made with the relevant contributing Agency services.
It will encompass:
  • Establishing the objectives, scope and plan of the Contribution activity and monitoring performance;
  • Ensuring timely availability of agreed EUROCONTROL contributions in terms of "requested resources", "deliverables" and "Agency tools & products", as these have been agreed in the "contract";
  • Flagging any deviation internally to Director ATM Programmes and externally to the Consortium Programme Director (CPD);
  • Adhering to the working arrangements as specified in the "contract";
  • Following up progress on engaged Agency resources and reporting on effort spent per activity and related resource expenses (missions, training etc)...;
  • Managing the agreed change requests with respect to Agency contributions baseline in full co-ordination with the resource managers and reporting to CPD on potential options and impact; and
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with the timely delivery of the Agency contributions as specified in the "contract", including any "Quality Criteria" related to the acceptance of such contributions.
