EUROCONTROL Annual Report 2010

It is therefore emerging as a central actor in the vital process of extending the benefits of the Single European Sky across the whole of Europe, including all our Member States. It is the pan-European scope of EUROCONTROL that makes it the ideal body to perform this function.

2010 was a year of exceptional challenges – not only operationally, with volcanic ash, snow and very high delays, but also structurally as we worked to put into effect our internal reorganisation and to reduce our costs.
