Customer Guide to Route Charges

This booklet provides information regarding the various charges levied by the EUROCONTROL Central Route Charges Office (CRCO) on behalf of its Member States and non-Member States. It explains the billing and methods of establishing the charges for both the Member States and non-Member States.

The basic billing documents are described together with information concerning payments and submission of claims.

Please note that this booklet is updated on a regular basis - every year (or whenever major changes occur) - and that changes from the previous version are shown in red.
