CEFA - CRCO Extranet For Airspace users
CRCO
CEFA - the(CRCO Extranet For Airspace users) - is a secured website facilitating the exchange of air navigation billing information between the Airspace Users and the EUROCONTROL Central Route Charges Office.

How to join CEFA?

CEFA is available free of charge and is strongly recommended to all Airspace Users.

The connection to CEFA is subject to the signature of a service agreement between the Airspace User and Eurocontrol Central Route Charges Office.

For the systems managed by the CRCO:

  • Multilateral Route Charges System: including all EUROCONTROL Member States
  • Terminal Charges Systems: EUROCONTROL Member States having entrusted EUROCONTROL with the collection of such Charges
  • Air Navigation Charges Systems: Route and Terminal Charges for non-EUROCONTROL Member States
  • Communication Charges: for Shanwick Oceanic Airspace

CEFA enables you to:

  • Consult / modify your fleet data
  • Download you billing documents
  • Consult your financial situation
  • Create additional accounts in your company with specific access roles
  • Submit / modify your billing address and contact details
  • Submit claims and monitor their status (for the Multilateral Route Charges System only) . Flights for Air Navigation or Communication Charges should be claimed using the paper version of the claim form.

Pro Forma Statement (List of flights billed)

Users connected to CEFA will no longer receive the Pro Forma Statement (list of flights billed) by post, as the detailed flight data will be readily available for download and print via CEFA. All other documents such as invoices, VAT annexes, statement of accounts etc., will still be sent by post and will be also available for download and print from CEFA.
