Research and development are central for the future of air traffic management (ATM) activities. Since its inception, EUROCONTROL has been engaged in research through our Research Centre activities.
As a co-founding member of the SESAR Joint Undertaking together with the European Commission, EUROCONTROL plays a key role in the SESAR programme, which is building the future European air traffic management system.
