Improvements to air transport safety, capacity and overall efficiency need to be supported by appropriate legislation.
EUROCONTROL helps the European Commission to draft the SES regulatory framework and provides support to rule-making, standards as well as safety and environmental legislation. We collaborate closely with the aviation regulators of our Member States, as well as with international regulators, such as the International Civil Aviation Conference (ICAO) or the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
