CEATS Programme Directorate

Rationale for the CEATS Programme

The CEATS Programme Directorate has been established in order to optimise existing working arrangement for the implementation of the CEATS Programme.

This structure is needed to:
  • achieve the objectives of the CEATS programme
  • ensure organisational effectiveness
  • optimise the use of overall expertise available in the Agency
  • ensure sustained stakeholder from various CEATS states commitment.

Organisational structure

The CEATS Programme Directorate (CPD) is led by the Director and Programme Manager, CEATS. The following Units will report to the Director and Programme Manager, CEATS:

  • the CEATS Management Office (CMO),
  • the CEATS Strategy Planning and Development Unit in Praha (CSPDU),
  • the CEATS Research, Development and Simulation Centre in Budapest (CRDS),
  • the CEATS Training Centre in Forli (CTC), when established,
  • the CEATS UAC in Vienna, when established.
