CEATS Agreement
The Agreement of 27 June 1997 has been signed by EUROCONTROL and by seven of the eight National Contracting Parties. Bosnia-Herzegovina's signed on 14 September 2001 at Headquarters the Agreement for her country's participation to the CEATS Programme.

The CEATS Agreement acknowledges the need for co-operation in the provision of Air Traffic Services within the airspace of the National Contracting Parties, in order to guarantee all airspace users maximum efficiency at minimum cost, while at the same time safeguarding the required level of safety and contributing to the creation of a uniform European Air Traffic Management System.
