The Pan-European Airport Capacity and Delay Statistics Support (PACS)
The pan-European Airport Capacity and delay statistics Support (PACS) is a proof-of-concept that is one key element of both AIM and the future system-wide information management (SWIM) concept.

PACS is a fully secured data repository that ensures integrity, consistency, and quality of airport information. PACS contributes to an integrated overview of the role of airports in the pan-European network, through transparent capacity planning at airports. Not least, PACS enables local airports’ stakeholders to communicate and keep control over the airport data used by the Agency at the European level.
Beyond the PACS data warehouse functionalities, the PACS web-based applications provide an acceptable return on investment to local airport data providers. Amongst those web-based applications:
the PACS Airport Capacity Analyser (enhancement of the existing CAMACA methodology)
the Throughput and Airport Handling Capability Analyser
the airport-centric Traffic Sample Generator
the Meteorological Conditions Statistical Analyser, and related impact on capacity (used for tactical airport planning)
the Airport Planning Profiler
the Airport Delay Predictor
