SES Reporting Process
The Single European Sky legislation obliges States to make an annual report to the European Commission on the implementation of the four basic regulations and related implementing rules.
The SES reporting cycle begins with the receipt by EUROCONTROL of the States Annual Reports (Part III - Chapter 14 and Chapter 15 of the LSSIP Year 2011). These reports are analysed and a report is submitted to the European Commission containing relevant recommendations. Following this, the templates are updated to reflect legislative changes and the conclusions drawn from the reporting period. The updated templates are then made available by September of that year. Throughout the cycle, interested stakeholders are consulted and informed about the evolution of the templates.
