SES Report

This report is the third Report on the implementation of the European Union’s (EU) Single European Sky (SES) legislation. It was produced by EUROCONTROL on request of the European Commission’s DG MOVE. The report covers the period January 2010 to December 2010.

It contains an analysis of reports submitted by States in accordance with Article 12 of the framework Regulation and Article 8 of the FUA Regulation. In particular, it focuses on an analysis of the SES and FUA sections (chapters 14 and 15) of the LSSIP reports and, where relevant, it is complemented by information from other EUROCONTROL and EC documents/sources where these are official and publicly available.

The report is concerned with all applicable SES legislation published by 31 July 2010. It includes an analysis of SES legislation implementation in the 27 EU Member States plus Switzerland and Norway. Six ECAA States (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) are also featured.
